Eligibility for Returns
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items past this period are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items labeled as “Non-returnable” on the order page are final sales and cannot be returned.
Return Conditions
- Returned items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unstained, and undamaged. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a partial refund of up to 50% of the purchase price.
- The address on the package is not an authorized return address. Returns must be sent to an authorized return address provided by our customer service.
Shipping and Charges
- The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. The original shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.
- ‘Habi Global’ is not liable for packages that are lost or damaged during the return process. Contact your shipping carrier to handle any such issues.
Return Process
- Contact us to initiate a return and receive the authorized return address.
- Securely pack the item and send it through your preferred carrier. Retain the tracking number and provide it via the return slip.
- Returns and exchanges are processed within 7 working days upon receipt of the package.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to the provided address.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
- First, recheck your bank account.
- If the refund has not appeared, please contact us for further assistance.
