Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items past this period are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items labeled as “Non-returnable” on the order page are final sales and cannot be returned.

Return Conditions

  • Returned items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unstained, and undamaged. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a partial refund of up to 50% of the purchase price.
  • The address on the package is not an authorized return address. Returns must be sent to an authorized return address provided by our customer service.

Shipping and Charges

  • The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. The original shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.
  • ‘Habi Global’ is not liable for packages that are lost or damaged during the return process. Contact your shipping carrier to handle any such issues.

Return Process

  1. Contact us to initiate a return and receive the authorized return address.
  2. Securely pack the item and send it through your preferred carrier. Retain the tracking number and provide it via the return slip.
  3. Returns and exchanges are processed within 7 working days upon receipt of the package.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to the provided address.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

  • First, recheck your bank account.
  • If the refund has not appeared, please contact us for further assistance.
